New to trading?

If you are just starting out as a trader then general information about markets and wholesalers can be found in a number of trade publications such as

Market Trader and Independent Retailer (free online version and app available)

Market Trade News

We regularly receive copies of both these magazines for distribution to traders - if you would like a copy please ask at the Market office as we normally have a few spare.

Stalls Required

New traders are always welcomed at Penkridge but we do limit the number of stalls selling similar products in order to help our existing traders. Therefore the best way to get a regular pitch on the market is to sell something a bit different.

We currently have openings on the market for traders selling the following goods:

Haberdashery (Wednesday and Saturday)

Fish (Saturday only)

Carpets & Rugs (Saturday Only)

Computer Games, DVDs & CDs (Wednesday and Saturday)
