  Penkridge Market announces ‘site for hire’…

Penkridge Market has announced today that the site is now available for hire on any day of the week, apart from when they have Markets on a Wednesday and Saturday. This new initiative will hopefully attract a wide variety of events, which will not only be fantastic for Penkridge, but will also attract visitors to the local area too.

Matt Williams, Manager at Penkridge Market said:

“The great thing about this site is it is so versatile. It really is a ‘blank canvas’ which organisers can use however they wish. We’ve got brilliant road networks, loads of parking and the infrastructure to cope with any size event. So we’re hoping event organisers will see it as the perfect location.”

Events the owners feel the site would be suitable for include Craft Fairs, Plant Fairs, Food Fairs, Antique Fairs, Classic Car Rally’s, Wedding Fairs, Computer Fairs, Record Fairs etc but they say they would be happy to discuss any ideas with event organisers.

The 5 acre site has plenty of parking, an indoor area and facilities such as toilets and a Café. Marquees can also be erected. The site will be available for hire on any day apart from Wednesdays and Saturdays (when the Market is on).

Penkridge is just 7 miles from Stafford; 7 miles from Cannock and 10 miles from Wolverhampton and is easily accessible from the A449, A5 and M6 (junction 12).
The Market is situated in the centre of Penkridge, and is located just off the A449 (postcode ST19 5AP).
